Is there any one who can teach me Load Runner tool right from basics

I have many professionals whom I trained and they are doing extremely well, of course in cmm level 5 companies ;) For example Vikas Verma, Mahesh Kumbhar Adarsh Maheshwari Kumararaju Rameshraju Pravin Pawar to name a few. Getting training from HP is also not a guarantee of fulfilling foundation skillsets. Once u pay them and complete training hours that's it. The best thing one should provide is after-training support (with no extra bucks).

CMMI level five is a total farce. You audit one project and then apply the certification to the company. It has as much value as any other personal certification that you can download cribbed exam questions for online. It is a check box in purchasing or HR to filter out candidates without respect to actual skills.

James Pulley the same goes with HP. Which is just a name now. Everything was a result of Mercury and they are just reaping the foundation benefits of core Loadrunner architecture. I know what certification of HP is all about. So that's just I am not boasting of my self or begging any training rights here but you should allow others to put their views instead of backing HP too much in your comments. Obviously one wouldnt opt to take online training if HP accredited institute is not available locally.

HP certified trainers define the standard because HP has to physically touch every single person to evaluate their training skills, their product skills and their background prior to apply credentials. The product certs on the other hand have been incredibly damaged by ethically challenged organizations which send people in to memorize questions and then bring those questions out to build study guides for their employees or find their way online. Stay tuned to PerfBytes for something to address this in the future, which is tool agnostic.

James Pulley trust me Bhupendra Varshney is not just a trainer but a person who helps and teaches real time scenario where students with no experience feels like he/she has got 3 to 4 years of experience once they complete their training. Hats off to you Bhupendra Varshney ..

No i hvn't took training frm bhupendra but as a person i knw him he is a really very good person, he is very good as a friend and he is always maintain long relationship with all, he is having lot of knowledge on PT and also he is very much confident on his work amd i am also interested to take PT training fem him in future...
