Hi Group Members, I am badly trying to resolve one LR issue. It 12.02 Community version. I am unable to compile any Java code in java user protocol. Plz only those who are using this protocol and this version please help. Have been pissed off trying too many options. So concrete help will be appreciated.

Can you please explain the issues in details? Steps for reproducing the problem and any errors you get (screenshots)? Quick hint: do you have JDK installed? Is its path specified in Runtime Settings ("Java VM" tab)?

Just open a new script script and solution for java user protocol, click on compile button, it will throw error

Like "Can not find java.exe, javac.exe, javai.dll etc. I have 64 bit machine, tried both X64 and X86 JDk, If you are able to compile it than let me know the java configuration. I will make the exact same config and try to resolve my issue thanks in advance

im using the same lr version on windows 7. this issue looks like either you missed some dll's during installation or pointing wrong jdk version which is not compatable to lr.. im just assuming.. let me check...

Shane is right. Check it. Also remove the explicit "...\jre\lib" folder from your classpath. As the error message suggests, it is an invalid entry.

Igor Markov & Ram Lekkala Requesting to plz share screen shots of your Java VM, Classpath setting of LR and Path variable content along with any other variable like JAVA_HOME etc I need to create manually. I am downloading JDK from Oracle site.
