Basically we are an FMCG company with SAP as our enterprise platform. What we have found in our analysis a count of 4600 concurrent users accessing SAP- "active users at one instant of time doing same or different transactions". But buying 4600 HP license not sure if it makes sense. Is the HP user license equal to my concurrent users in systems? or shud i look at finding how many users access the same transaction at a pt in time and the max number ten becomes my license count

From production db stats first analyse how many active users for peace Hour . Then deside load model then go for license simple . Don't by the license based on transactions . Need more info mail me will help In load model design
