Hi, can anyone help me on this!I installed hp loadrunner 12.02 on my pc,when i open recording options i m getting following exceptions

Could you please verify the memory utilization ie cpu and ram of your system before opening the load runner and after opening in task manager

Hi. does this happen constantly? do you see this problem when trying to open other menu options? are you running Vugen as Administrator?

uninstall & reinstall happened with me!

but i was able to do my stuff..it so happened that it popped up just like that in the middle of nowhere...and i had to kill the process & start over again..so i uninstalled & reinstalled..worked for me!

Hey Srujan, I believe this is an Access related issue. If you are still observing the same , just try giving Admin access for the user to the installation folder (c\Programfiles\Vugen) and restart the Vugen, it shld work..!!!

I'm instaled in to windows 8.1 without problem! But depends the kind of rights do you have , some times you can install and before change the rights.

That's a known issue with VUGen 12.0 version. You just need to save script as another name and reopen the file

I think you dont have access to that particular drive in which you are saving ur LR script

Try to open lr with administrator and make a try once. Can u tell me are u getting while opening or recording?
