Hi all I have a recorded mercury web tours flight booking sample app , at booking i got three registration forms like registrationform.pl,registrationform.ol_1,registrationform.ol_2) in recorded script intially registration.pl passed and registration.pl_1 is failed "getting an error message like Requested form not found" Can anyone say this error has occurred

Make sure u wont get the each requests twice.. Like registration.pl registration. Pl_1...if you are getting everything like this.. Delete all second requests i.e_1 requests.. Sometimes it records request two times in web tours..
