Hi All i am using VUgen 11.00 with IE9 but when i go to Tree view and click on any call (request),i dnt see the snapshot in the snapshot viewer It displays "There are no snapshots available for the current steps" for all the request. Need Assistance.

That means .. your Vugen is not capturing the Events.. try changing Capture settings at record options

if i remember correct.. you have to change some setting in capture property.. to some winlet propert.. try general setting
