Hello Friends....I would like to know if LR records the video streaming from HTML5 Video Streaming...if yes then which protocol we can use?

Why would you want to record video streaming? What's the bit rate of the video? What's the duration of the video?

Just wanted to make sure that the video file downloaded properly on client machine...and there might be random video ....

Depends on users bandwidth, bit rate of video and audio, type of download - streaming, download or progressive download, client player, frames per second, resolution, etc
