Then you enter an internship, which may be as long as year depending upon the relative strength or weakness of your core foundation skills (those things which are not a part of the test tool but which are needed to use the tool, build a valid test, analyze the test and deliver value). If you go a year and you are still struggling then you should seek a new profession. Self training in this field is as sure a path to low value as exists in the universe.
