No, you physically attend training class at an authorized training partner with a certified instructor. Then you enter an internship, which may be as long as year depending upon the relative strength or weakness of your core foundation skills (those things which are not a part of the test tool but which are needed to use the tool, build a valid test, analyze the test and deliver value). If you go a year and you are still struggling then you should seek a new profession. Self training in this field is as sure a path to low value as exists in the universe.
