UI toool for linux server monitoring

I am looking for some UI based tool which will help me monitor all my linux server from my desktop and can save the graphs for the duration of the test. I want to monitor CPU, Memory,IO, Network from it. I know many command line tools which can give me these all info but after capturing those it requires manual effort to summarize and plot graphs

You could try NMON (Nigel's monitor) for Linux and AIX operations system also SAR and kSAR are good options to choose from.
