There is a loadbalancer and 3 servers, for some reason we can not do IP spoofing, Loadbalancer is using ip based algorithm to distribue the load, however it is not a round robin. Now if use loadbalancer url to test my scripts with 3 different LGs with equal number of users on each LG. Would load balancer send the requests to all three servera equally ? I do not have option to use indivdual server urls? Logically it should work. What do you say?

It'll work... Couple of months back i dealt with same situation and it worked for me..Make sure the no.of LG's = Servers..

Or convince your load balancer guys to use lb by cookie injection or session as the key... silly IP balancing is a pet peeve of mine for years. For you production usage also make sure this app is open to the internet AND they are not doing NAT on the head end that will modify all the ips to one anyway and cause issues. If it's an intranet app then I still recommend lb by session/cookie injection.. It's a trivial change on most lbs including Cisco and F5.
