KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Own and build the Delivery ecosystem (people, process, technology, tools etc) thereby ensuring successful Service Delivery
2. Define, implement and refine delivery strategies to ensure business objectives (Profitability, Quality, Responsiveness & Innovation) are met.
3. Ensure effective Financial Management - holds P & L Responsibility
4. Responsible for internal and external stakeholder management
5. Visioning & Inspiring a culture of excellence, collaboration & entrepreneurial spirit within the team

Qualification: BE/BTech Experience: 12+ yrs
SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE/EXPOSURE
» Experience in Managing Key customer engagements
» Experience in End to end testing life cycle from kick off to closure, wide variety of
testing efforts, techniques & tools
» Planning & Management Skills
» People skills, especially diplomacy & advocacy.
KEY ATTRIBUTES
» Good Client management skills
» Excellent Analytical and Presentation skills
» Experience in managing key customer
