LR v12.01 unable to install on windows 8.1 . I have downloaded below two files from HP website to install LR v12.01. HP_LoadRunner_12.01_Community_Edition_Standalone_Applications_T7177-15056 and HP_LoadRunner_12.01_Community_Edition_User_Interface_Packs_T7177-15057 on windows 8.1 machine... when i click install, it create a new folder DVD and and under the DVD folder i see three separate folder ie LInux, User Interface and standalone application. But neither of the folder contain a setup or exe file to down load vugen or other components. Under user interface packs folder, i can see different language setup files for Vugen , but when i click one of the language and try to run the setup file, it shows error/warning message as below. "The upgrade patch cannot be installed by the windows installer service because program to be upgraded may be missing or the upgrade patch may update different version of program" Any help on this is greatly appreciated.
