Is there any official document provided by HP that explains how to achieve SiteScope integration with ALM PC 12? Is there a version compatibility requirement to be looked into? As my SiteScope is v10.12 I'm able to create monitor profiles and also add the required Sitescope monitor resource in it but, it fails to retrieve counter values. Any help would be appreciated.
