How you are calculating normal browser response time? If you are using HTTP watch or fidler or any stop watch the response time will vary with loadrunner response time.
Yes there is a difference in load runner response time and browse response time. Browser response time is included with page rendering time where as load runner tool will not calculate rendering time.
