is dere any jobs availiable In load runner as a fresher

There are jobs, but it is important that you learn the basic skills before promoting yourself in this field. Performance Engineering is only partly based on tools and writing scripts; that's the easy part. Learning what to test and how is often more important to adding value for your employer.

There is a basic formula for this type of thing, and not just in LoadRunner: 1) learn the basics. Download the product, do the tutorials, read the documentation, test your skills in an open sandbox. Don't test any sites you don't own or have permission to use. 2) read forums. First ask questions, then answer them. Once you find yourself helping others, keep doing so to improve your own skills. 3) find a job where you can apply these skills. Repeat step 2 as necessary. 4) ... 5) profit!

Sudharsan, This is a suggestion. Take it for what it is worth. Your communication style, grammar, and spelling in public forums will affect how you are viewed (fairly or unfairly) more than your technical ability. Here's an example:

Professional: "I am sure you learn the Queen's English there in India even though it is your second language." Not professional: "I sur u lrn english der in india evn tho its 2nd language". While the latter is probably fine when you are texting your friends, I'd strongly suggest using proper English especially while looking for a job. I'm saying this as a technical person and a business professional for your benefit.
