If you are posting the interview questions.. be smart enough to know what they mean... and be able to answer in some fashion other then reading the answers.. yes that has happened to me.. I found a contract interviewee... reading answers directly off the site... I ended the interview and reported them to our internal staffing department. They black balled the contract company from furthur interviews...

It's hard enough finding "Good" engineers without having to weed through intentionally fraudulent candidates. Knowing the questions and answers provides no value unless you can actually apply knowledge quickly and accurately. Being able to synthesize solutions based on that knowledge is key!
