loadrunner Iam facing issue while connecting load...

Iam facing issue while connecting load generators in controller When I click connect iam getting "failed to connect to the agent. Load generator not responding after time out command line that was executed". Any idea about this issue. Please advise.

See whether LR agent process was installed properly or not

check weather agent process is running or not

Ping the IP address of that LG.so you will come to know whether system is up or not.after that check heart beat settings in controller

Go to controller settings,options,advanced settings and there you can find the heartbeat settings option

Advanced settings, you will get a pop up there you need to select host tab,there you will find heartbeat settings
