I had a question asked of me recently and wanted to get clarification. I know the new LoadRunner 12 comes with 50 FREE perpetual users based on the community license. Does that cover actual commercial use as well for those 50 users? Or just personal/private usage? I guess I'll have to go and find the EULA again and check. If truly usable across the commercial space/consultancy space then I really do not think many people even lately fully understand how amazing this is!

Its free, commercial, private, training ... Free... The only real limitation as far as I know is that you don't use it for evil like dos attacks on 3rd party servers

Also, don't use the 50 free users to raise your YouTube statistics as depicted in this... err... documentary.

Shane is right - I think that EULA language is for all license types (including the Community Edition) preventing contractual services for other entities, outside yourself or your company. Those rights would be granted under other partnership contracts with HP, enabling you to provide services to others using your licenses.
