I am facing one strange issue. I was able to complete end-to-end flow, but except in last screen there is a button called Complete. After clicking on it, nothing happens during recording. But manually I am able to click on that button. Other buttons are working fine in the same screen. I am using LR 12.02 in IE 11.

Try different port level mapping settings such wininet ,socket or wininnet and socket .may click with one .. Also while clicking on complete to landing page is what type of call is going ?

i tried wininet, socket and both. it is not recording. custom request is the last solution, but I need to know the root cause. :)

Have you tried adding your URL and port no in to the port mapping by clicking add entry button

Default port no of the URL which you use for performance testing where your http requests are passed

Place a protocol analyzer (i.e. Wireshark/Ethereal) on the wire when you touch the button. Perhaps it is a 100% client bound action in JavaScript and has no server complement?

If nothing works then try using fiddler then capture tat request. Using 12.1 u can convert ur fiddler request to lr request

If the purpose is data creation try TrueClint . easiest I have used it in one of my project in a similar situation.

Issue has been resolved. I downloaded the certificate using Firefox and installed it in IE. Recording was successful :) Thanks all
