Hi Friends, I have to record thick client for which I am using .net protocol in Vugen 11.5. But as soon as I start recording ,means when I click on "start recording",nothing progress and Vugen gets hang. Can anybody please tell why this is happening and how I can get rid of this issue? Thanks in advance.!

Why did you pick .NET protocol? Let me give you an analogy: If you are looking for chickens but only staring at the treetops you won't find any.
