With out think time ,you need to set pacing time 360 sec..Use this formual to be calculated for pacing.Pacing=Test Dhration×No.of Vusers÷Total Number of transactions...

You can Use this formula: target Transaction/script transaction..then you will get no.of iterations..now no.of iterations/no.of users=you will get each user will take no.of iterations
