See your "C" code Variable size etc, try to use LR functions.

If you get this with Web Services protocol scripts open a ticket! We ran into this moving from between 11.x versions recently. A patch did the trick to get rid of this error in our case.

there is no variables declared inorder to hold that value. ..web_html_param_length--this has the defaultvalue in it

May be u are using C and Pointer in your code....please check that once ....
