PK, if you hired a doctor to care for you or a family friend and this doctor was not capable of passing boards on his/her own, would you want to pay that person? Would you trust the advice provided?

Being honest about your capabilities with your interviewer will get you a lot further than being able to regurgitate someone else's ideas and skills.
