Hi all ,I installed LR12.5 in my pc os -win 8.1 ,if i start vugen it showing message that your os is not supporting to vugen. so what i want do now

Can you share a print screen? Did you install on Win 8.1 64-bit? Did you install with Admin privileges?

you have to upgrade ur windows from 8.1 to 10 and then install . in earlier me too faced the same problem but it resolved by upgrading the windows os
