Hi All, I installed JMeter recently. I am a new learner. Don't know why always Unknown host exception is coming. Tried opening the bat file via command prompt by sending proxy and port as arguments. Problem still persists. Any Idea??

run jmeter.jar file directly it will run

The issue is whenever I m running any test plan...even simple page launch..with 1 user..it is showing Unknown host exception...this is something related to proxy I guess!!

may be u are doing mistake in http sampler request while defining domain/Path url/port/defining http/https. check once
