Hi All i am using VUgen 11.00 with IE9 but when i go to Tree view and click on any call (request),i do not see the snapshot in the snapshot viewer It displays "There are no snapshots available for the current steps" for all the request. Need Assistance.

Is your site secure? Can you access those pages without authentication?

Based on my memory, LR 11 doesn't support IE 9..

Doesn't matter in this context. The snapshot viewer doesn't use the default browser.

Can u check the Record time settings advance option save snapshots resources locally

If snapshot doesn't do the job then use the logs

please check that IE 9 with Vugen 11.0 is not supported yet! with vugen 11.0 you may use IE 6,7,8 .... also please verify the critical patches installed and if you want install patch 4 that will resolve the issue
