hi, Santosh Kumar Gattu. what the purpose of changing during execution for ? review the definition 
erformance testing is defined as the technical investigation done to determine or validate characteristics of the product under test by Identify Performance Acceptance Criteria such as response time, throughput... if we tried to change LR settings during execution that mean we had poor design tests,hence we can't analysis stage,defects can't be fixed I think we disable this issue instead of trying to modify it,set up LR scenario resembling expected actual use as much as possible.this is my own opinion

If you want to change the parameter values in controller then 1. Define the parameter in additional attributes and assign the value in script.(lr_get_attrib_string) 2.Pass the values to script parameter in command line. ( lr_get_attribute_long , _double) P.S.: There is no way to change the run-time and parameter settings during the execution.
