Hello experts. Is there any tutorial/forum which has information on Scripting GIS based applications using Loadrunner Vugen? Is there any tips and tricks and best practices available for GIS apps? The functionalities involve using Maps to search address, calculate area etc. I am planning to use AJAX truclient for now. Please provide some guidance.

Depends upon the nature of the app and interface. I have used standard web virtual users with GIS applications built as web sites. I have used standard web virtual users in proxy mode to capture KML requests between tiers. I have used standard two tier virtual users for database to capture requests to the database server from a thick client. You need to understand your client architecture, or simply just pick Citrix/RDP and Winsock as your options.
