Hello Everyone, need your help here. i am new to loadrunner and trying to go through the setup , so i went get hp.com/go/loadrunner and downloaded the standalone zip file,. later I extracted the same and when I tried installing it. I am seeing one wizard is opened and then when it get finished its 1st step , it get disappear, I tried to the proper solution but failed and need to guys favour here to understand the prob. I am using Win 7 professional N service pack 1. Let me know if I am missing anything here..

Hi. Have you tried installing as administrator? Right click on the installation file and choose "run as administrator ". It may help

Hi. This looks like something got corrupted in the download process. Try downloading the zip file again and please update if the problem persists.

Also, first of all, you need to download the main "LoadRunner 12.50 Community Edition" package from the following link. (The "standalone apps" package is an extra). Second, once you run it, as you did, it extracts all the files to a temporary folder, "C:\Temp\HP LoadRunner 12.50 Community Edition" in your case. Open this folder in windows explorer and run the setup. https://saas.hp.com/download/loadrunner
