Client Rendering TIme measurement Tools/approaches

Please share if any tools you are aware of which can measure not the response time but the page load time it took in browser as well.

As per my knowledge goes, the categories of tools available are as below :
1. Browser Plugins (Chrome-Page Load, FF - HTTP watch Premium version, Y Slow, FF-FireBug)
2. Load runner AJAX true Client Protocol to measure page load time in FF/IE Browsers
3. External tools like Dynatrace AJAX and GomeZ.

Some more tools

1. Aternity APM : Essentially all APM tools (Dynatrace, AppD etc) support real user monitoring
2. Google analytics : Can be configured to record page load times (Real Users)
3. HP BPM Tool - Response times measured on live application using synthetic users.
4. Browser Plugins (HTTPFox, Developer tools)
