Can you please suggest me, which protocol is preferable for Microsoft Office 365(SharePoint Application) to develop script in VUGen Note: protocol Adviser Suggesting TruClientFirefox, but TruClient is not feasible for us. Thank you!!!

This is a hosted service. Do you have permission from Microsoft to conduct a performance test against their shared infrastructure? Also, do you have a point contact with Microsoft for when you find issues that they will address your performance issue? If the answer to either of the previous 2 items is "no" then you are likely to waste a lot of money.

Went through the same in great detail and perhaps what you want is proactive monitoring and work with MS to link up their tools to your APM tools.

you can try with the normal http/html protocol but you will hae to struggle with a lot of correlations, (mostly security of MS), for Sharepoint is always recommended TruClient

Why is TruClient not an option? You get 50 users free in LoadRunner 12.00 and up.
