Just to be clear. You are attempting to learn a tool which is 5-15% of the skills you will need on the job. If your foundation skills are sound then you can be at 90% effective in 30 days and with formal training and a mentor & at 95% in three months. Drop the training, a mentor and showing up with weak foundation skills lengthens your ramp up considerably even to the point that some in the market even after five years of self education are not effective in this role. These observations are tool agnostic. Go in with your eyes wide open for what you can realistically expect. Self training is a path with greater than 97% failure rate.
