Any one can explain me baseline testing?

Sure: drive home from work two times. One time during traffic rush. One time with no traffic. Compare and contrast the results. Ask yourself what changed and why. There you have a baseline for future experiments. This is not exclusively a performance testing or LoadRunner concept but is needed for any scientific method.
